About Seg-Signs™

Seg-Signs™ (Patent Pending) are constructed out of a unique combination of polycarbonate and acrylic polymers. They utilize custom-designed mounting hardware to securely attach to the Segway™. A special printing process adds weatherproof four-color graphics and/or text to the entire surface of each Seg-Sign™ and wheel covers to dramatically carry your marketing messages and brand.

Seg-Signs™ can be attached to the Segway™ in a matter of minutes. This permits an advertiser to utilize multiple signs with differing graphics and text during the course of an event or promotional campaign.

Seg-Signs™ can be mounted on Segways™ equipped with cargo bins, which provide the rider with up to 75 lbs. of cargo capacity. This is ideal for the storage and distribution of literature, coupons, samples, etc.

A Segway™ equipped with Seg-Signs™ will run from 2 to 5 hours, depending upon the intensity and speed of the usage. A fully-charged Segway™ has a range of 10 to 15 miles depending upon surface conditions and total driver+cargo weight. The greatest duration of ride-time is achieved by using the black beginner key when operating the Segway™.

Additional battery packs and off-board battery chargers can be rented if longer ride time is required. Worn batteries can be swapped for fresh ones in a matter of minutes. When idle, the Segway™ can be recharged using a standard power cord (included with each rental) plugged into any standard wall outlet.
